Established in 2007 by Chinese/Taiwanese and Malaysian owners. MCP Precision Sdn. Bhd. is a high quality manufacturer of stainless steel fastener, dedicated to achieve Total Customer's Satisfaction.

Located in Penang, Malaysia, we have a total of 40 sets of Heading machines, 35 sets of Threading machines, 5 sets of Cutting machines, 7 sets of Slotted machines and 1 set of Passivation line, for a total monthly production capacity of 180MT of screws.

With 80 highly skilled and professional staff, and investments in modern facilities and lab equipments, MCP manufactures high quality Stainless Steel Fastener, using industry-leading manufacturing process.

We manufacture Self Tapping Screws, Machine Screws, Wood Screws and other construction screws that meet DIN, JIS, and lFl standards. We are an export oriented company, with major markets in Europe and Asia. We plan to expand our market to North America and others.

By end of 2013. we will invest 7 sets of Thread Rod machines which can produce stainless steel and carbon steel threaded rods, with monthly capacity of 100MT & 400MT respectively.

We also specialize in DIY market. We can package our products according to customer's design, packing method or brands, base on their market requirements.

Quality Assurance :

We are using quality wires, Grade A2 and A4, with Mill Certification, thus enabling us to trace our screws in production process to customer's end. We perform Incoming QC on all our raw materials. To ensure efficient control of Quality Assurance. we implement ln-process control for each process. Packing Team will inspect the finished products 100% visually before QA conducts Final Inspection and Outgoing Inspection.
